Hello everyone! The month of January is over which means Open Mic Night is here to start of the new month. Along with the new featured artist or should I say artist’s. A group of North Penn High School photography students will each be able to have a few piece’s featured for this month(a chance to see some future photographers.)

Alright you know the drill, grab your guitar, get your ukulele, warm-up your voice, practice your comedy, and get ready for Virago’s Open Mic Night!!! Bring friends, and family for a fun night with hot coffee drinks, tea, wraps, soup, cupcakes and TALENT!

Inky Glass Blues is coming to Lansdale, Pa to share her music. Coming form New York with a guitar and a voice to match the strings. Friday Night at 7:30pm coffee, cupcakes, wraps, soup, and many more!!

Jessy Tomsko performed Friday January 21 2011 at Virago Cafe. The crowd was lucky to hear such music from a very talented musician from New York. However she is originally from Lansdale, PA and has continued to pursued her love of music.

“Jessy Tomsko has been in love with music and writing for as long as she can remember. After years of composing little piano pieces, short poems, and stories, it seemed only natural for her to put it all together and start writing songs. She picked up a guitar in her late teens and instantly felt a new wave of inspiration and creativity.”

Not only is her voice beautiful but she has personality full of kindness, professionalism, and humor. Jessy has everything going for her and there is not doubt that she will continue to grow and succeed at anything she does.

Virago is very pleased to have had such a talented musician perform at our cafe and we can’t wait to hear more of Jessy Tomsko in the future. Also if you would like to hear more of Jessy we have her CD available at Virago to purchase.

Jessy is coming from New York to share her music in Lansdale, Pa. She is a North Penn graduate and is following her dream of music. Join us at Virago for a fantastic night of live music, food, coffee, friends, local music, & a fun Friday night in Lansdale, Pa.

Jeremy Simon’s performance at Virago on Friday January 14 2011 was a wonderful success. The fantastic chemistry between Jeremy and his wife Anna Simon was easily seen in their performance. Both talented vocalist with Jeremy’s guitar at hand made for a professional live performance. Jeremy’s holiday CD(Evergreen) is being sold at Virago.
